Sessions may include:
- Simple breath work and integrated self-bodywork for relaxation, focus, refocus and wellbeing
- Nature scenes for increased calm and wellbeing
- Therapy materials featuring local nature, healthy habits, whole foods, etc. where appropriate
- Colors that invoke calm
- Yoga poses for breaks, refocusing, calm
- Encouragement, when appropriate, to include whole, natural foods into the diet
- Suggestions for weighted blankets, earthing mats, varied seating postures, “wiggle seat” etc. as needed for focus and calm
- Plants to promote well being, memory retention, improved attention, creativity and overall happiness
